I am no natural athlete and I am size 16 and 57 years old. In 2018 I did my first cycle Sportive and then did another and another. I'm still not good at anything but I am still trying.

January 14th
Not a lot planned for today so went out with the dawgies for a nice walk on the moor. The weather was cold, crisp and sunny and we did about two miles plus lots and lots of ball throwing.
A good to be alive day (as long as you're well wrapped up)
